So please correct me if Im wrong but my impression of the burrito is that it contains these fillings layered on top of one another. Pull the chicken out and set aside to cool.

Bring to a boil partially cover and then lower the heat to simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Pull the chicken out and set aside to cool.
